Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Nurlux McpHub ("the Service"), operated by Nurlux ("we", "us") in Istanbul, Türkiye. By signing in to the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The Service

The Service is a private gateway that lets AI agents you authorize use tools and data sources you connect to it, with access controlled per account and every request recorded. Accounts are created by invitation only.

Your account

Keep your password, two-step verification device and enrolled devices secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for the actions taken with your account and by the AI agents you connect to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to access accounts or data you are not allowed to access, to disrupt or probe the Service or connected systems without permission, or to send spam or malicious content.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, such as Google, Doppler, Dokploy or another tool, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the right to connect each account and for the actions your agents take through it.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content and data. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service or from actions taken by AI agents you authorize.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access to protect the Service, its users or connected systems, or if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
